Sylvia - please consider revising your terminology regarding HDMI cables. Use of version numbers has been prohibited since the beginning of 2012 by HDMI Licensing. Cable terminology is supposed to be things like Standard (for original 1080i and 720p) and High Speed (for advances such as 1080p, Deep Color, 3D, 4K). Audio has always been supported on HDMI cables (in addition to video).
