I think part of your issue is having two devices with the same MAC address. Why don’t you try changing the MAC address in one of your boards. Sometimes, a router may have matching errors. Take a look at this link and try changing it http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Changing_Your_MAC_Address/Linux . Let us know if this works.
