BSOD whenever I try to update Intel graphics driver 4600

I recently bought a new hard disk for my laptop, a Seagate thin SSHD 1TB. I can download all the driver updates for everything expect for the Intel graphics driver 4600. Whenever I try to, during the install, the screen goes blue with the message 0x0000116. I've tried deleting the entire driver and trying it again but nothing has worked.
